• - Must be age 18 or older to enter.
• - Applicant must reside in Arizona; preferable in Tucson, AZ
• - To be considered for the $500 college scholarship, finalist must be a current full time college student and provide proof of status (minimum 12 hours) at an Arizona University or Community College.  Proof of full time college status must be in the form of a valid, current, college authorized and stamped transcript of classes
• - Preferable size is ladies size 4-8 and over 5'5.
• - Applicant must be available for part time work in front of a camera or video camera.
• - Applicant must be willing and able to model clothing and lingerie selected by KissMe. No nudity is ever requested to be modeled by KissMe.
• - Applicant agrees to allow photos and videos on Facebook, Twitter, Kiiss Couture LLC websites, and KissMeFashion.com website or any other advertising or social source to be decided upon by the sole discretion of KissMe.
• - All photos, videos, publicity materials submitted by applicant become the property of KissMe and will not be returned. Applicant must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Entry in order to be considered.
• - KissMe will pay models $25.00-$50.00 per hour depending on experience and other factors to be determined by KissMe. Transportation time and expense not included.
• - KissMe is not responsible for or liable for transportation costs or any other costs incurred by applicant or any other legal expenses of applicant.
• - KissMe can cancel or negate any contract with an applicant or cancel any contest, modeling position, function or event and/or end this agreement at any time for any reason with any individual with no advance notice.
• - Participants and/or winners of the KissMe Model Search will pay a 20% agent fee to KiissMe Couture, LLC on any modeling or professional fees earned that are solicited and referred to winner by KissMe Couture, LLC or any of it's subsidiaries for a period of 12 months from date of application.
